Singlespeed-A-Palooza 2010 Race Results Are Up!

8th annual Dark Horse 40 is now in the record books!  What a great day.  This was the first year for the new Ridge Road venue, and it was a swell choice...allowed for a festival setting with a tent city and a huge barbecue area.  Everyone had space to roam or chill.  Weather was perfect, and the race went off without a hitch...almost.  Seems some moron decided they needed our arrows and cones more than we did and vandalized the course...first indication was the tables turned upside down at the start/finish tent.  We scrambled to remark the course an hour before the start and managed to pull it off.  Score one for the good guys.  Any way, Long Trail came through with a choice of 3 different brews...Hershey's with 700 ice pops, and Johnny's Pizza throwing down one of the best BBQ's we've ever had...extra bonus was Malley Pool Water Supplying 6000 gallons of refreshing bike and body wash. I think we have this thing nailed now, and if the major props are any indication of the appreciation for our efforts, well all I can say is see you next year...thanks to all who came out, and glad you had a good time!
